Built in Hanover. Trusted across Southern Ontario.
KDG Plumbing started in Hanover in 2019, building the kind of mechanical company we wanted to work for ourselves: family-run, careful with warranty, and reliable about finishing what it starts.
Today we run multiple trucks covering plumbing, hydronic, and HVAC work across Grey-Bruce and Southern Ontario. We handle residential service calls and new builds in our home loop, and we travel further for commercial and institutional mechanical scopes wherever the project warrants.
In 2021, Kyle’s dad Doug joined the company after 33 years in plumbing supply. Doug runs the office alongside Sadie and brings product knowledge that you can’t shortcut: the difference between guessing on a spec and knowing the part. That depth shapes how KDG specs and sources every job.
For commercial and municipal clients, that reliability shows up as compliant tenders, coordinated scheduling, and warranty follow-through, all backed by a bonded and insured company.

Founder, on the trucks since day one. Gas Technician 2, WETT certified. Runs the trade side of the company and most of the hydronic specialty work.

Operational Manager
Kyle’s father. Doug came to KDG in 2021 after 33 years in plumbing supply, and that’s the part that’s hard to copy. He knows the products, the brands, and the right part for the job before anyone guesses on a spec. Today he helps run the office, sits in on quotes, and is the reason a KDG bid holds up under a tender reviewer’s eye.
